Special "Adjourned" election to break tie in Ward 3 Alderman Race
Democrat Mike Duncan ended up in a tie for the 2nd Alderman seat in Ward 3 after the recount of votes. As per State law and City Charter this means that there will be a special election, called an adjourned election, to break the tie and decide the winner. The "adjourned election" will be held Tues 11/25 @ Long Hill School from 6 am - 8 pm. No early voting or day of registration voting, absentee voting will be allowed. Ward 3 voters only!
